Klairs Favorites + Must Haves

Klairs may have popped up on your radar if you’ve been researching Korean skincare brands. Klairs (or dear, Klairs) is a South Korean skincare brand specializing in high-quality products for sensitive skin. While being mostly known for their Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop and their Supple Preparation facial toner, Klairs has many more great products on their roster. I want to expand your brand knowledge and introduce you to my favorite must-have products from Klairs.

Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil

As a double-cleanse advocate (read more about double cleansing here), I’m always looking for a reliable oil cleanser to use during my first cleanse. This lightweight cleansing oil from Klairs fits the bill because it removes makeup, SPF, and impurities without damaging the skin’s moisture barrier. The mix of natural oils, including soybean and black currant oils, deeply cleanses without stripping the skin or irritating (read: clouding) the eyes. After you’ve been cleansing for a bit, enough to breakdown the makeup or sunscreen, be sure to mix in a little water to turn this from an oil to a cleansing milk. You can’t read about the brand Klairs without running into multiple rave reviews of the Supple Preparation Toner. This is seriously a cult-favorite in the Korean Skincare/Toner Enthusiast community – and for good reason too! This toner is simple and, unsurprisingly, it is a best seller because it does what it’s supposed to. Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop

A favorite in my house. We cannot live without this serum! It has a light, dry-oil texture that is non-irritating to the skin. The formula is effective, yet gentle. It works very well at fading acne scars and hyperpigmentation. This Freshly Juiced serum brightens my complexion so well. I wrote all about this serum in my Skin Care Routine for Hyperpigmentation post. Because of its stabilized formula, you don’t have to coddle or baby this serum like you would a typical Vitamin C serum. You know, the traditional dark, cool “refrigerator-like” storage setting.
