Erin Condren Planner
A few weeks ago, I was creeping around Tumblr and Youtube trying to decide what planner I should get for 2016, since, this is going to be a busy year. Normally, I just head to Dillard’s and buy Lilly Pulitzer planners but this year I just wasn’t as sold on them as usual. Then, suddenly, I stumbled across the mecca of Erin Condren Life Planner “Plan With Me” videos and the numerous Etsy shops that sold accessories and stickers specifically for the Erin Condren planners.
SO, OF COURSE, I ORDERED ONE. Why would I turn down an excuse to buy more craft supplies under the guise of being organized?
A week and a half after ordering the planner, it finally arrived at my doorstep!
Right off the bat, I was excited to tear into this package and see what all they hype was about. The shipping box is so cute!! I’ll have to cover up the web address on the side, but I can see myself repurposing this box for something in the future. Currently, I’m using the box to store all my stickers I’ve received from Etsy.
Free goodies right on the top! And I can see the planner is safely wrapped up beneath the goodies.. It feels like Christmas just opening the box.
A closer look at the freebies. Side note: Best way to win me over is freebies and samples. Loving it already. Erin Condren planner Christmas just keeps getting better and better!!
A postcard and some stickers. I think the stickers are supposed the be used as gifts tags possibly. I’ll just add these to my craft box and see what I can use them for later.
Side shot of the planner. It looks like they really took the time to make sure my planner arrived safely. The bubblewrap and tissue paper held the planner in the box without too much space to shift around during shipping.
Fresh out the bubblewrap and ready for the world. Erin Condren offers a variety of different covers and planner types to order. There’s classic life planners, teacher lesson planners, and wedding planners. I ordered a personalized classic planner. It was very easy to personalize and it came with many additional customization options. Since this was my first ECLP (Erin Condren Life Planner), I decided to just go with my name on the front. Ruler/Page marker on the front and glossy cover. Both the ruler and covers are all removable! Erin Condren also sells interchangeable covers to alternate for holidays or moods.
Adorable tabs on the side. I ordered all remaining months of 2015 plus all of 2016. I mostly wanted to make really cute thanksgiving and christmas week spreads and with this planner I get double November and December months to plan. More on that later…
This. Is. My. Life…hopefully. I’m kind of not digging the vellum paper in the front. Mostly because it’s colorful and doesn’t really match the outside cover in theme or design but that’s just a personal observation.
Cute monthly affirmations 🙂
The months begin with a full month spread. I love using these to keep track of what’s going on for the entire month ahead. In my old Lilly Planners, I filled these pages up with assignments and sorority plans. It’s good to see these boxes are large with a lot of white space.
POCKETS!! I love stowing things away in handy pockets. This one comes with a pocket on each side. This side is filled with another little goody! A perpetual calendar and contacts book. I still need to figure out how I’m going to utilize this.
I love that the pockets are on both sides!
Clear ziplock pouch stuffed with more goodies! This included activity stickers, coils, and cards.
I’m super excited to fill these pages with cute stickers and plans. Look for my Etsy sticker shop reviews as well as pics of my weekly spreads to come soon in the D.I.Y. category!
