Simple, Everyday Makeup Look ft. Kat Von D Lolita

It’s a great buy and it has now become my go-to shade when I want a subtle glam or need to be out the door quick. You may have to stalk your local Sephora to find it, but it IS worth it!

Kat Von D Lolita Review:

This is the original Lolita shade from KVD. On my skin, it pulls more dusty rose than brown. I recommend testing this shade against your skin tone before purchasing it. It can look anything from dusty pink to almost chestnut brown depending on undertones/skin tone.

Kat Von D has by far the BEST liquid lipstick formula I have tried thus far. The color is opaque without being thick and gooey. It has a thinner consistency that makes it very easy to spread and get even coverage without having to tug/pull the lips. The best part about this formula is that once it dries you can BARELY feel it on your lips.  It has none of the “classic liquid lipstick” tightness, thick, or tacky feeling on the lips.

I love this because I don’t have to baby this while it’s on my lips like I do with other brands. The staying power is great. I can even eat and drink while wearing this lipstick without having to worry if it looks like I took a chunk out of my lip color.

Everyday Makeup Look:
